Dear fellow YWAMer,
Welcome to our UofN site dedicated to facilitate the development of YWAM leaders and staff. In August 2007 the leadership of YWAM and the University of the Nations appointed me the Vice President of Leadership and Staff Development in the UofN. My mandate is to facilitate the development of all YWAMers so that we increase our capacity and effectiveness to fulfill our God-given mandate to the “every” and the “all”.

Since that appointment, I am in the process of forming an international leadership and staff development network that includes all those called and committed to serve YWAMers in this way.
Of course I recognize there are already many in our Mission who are serving us in this way and have been for many years, whether in the context of training staff on a local base or in a leadership school/course in the UofN.
My hope is those already involved will find their place in this network so that we can more effectively work together to see that every YWAMer, who is seeking to learn and grow, will find resources and support available to them. 15:16 Equip is one equipping initiative of this emerging network. God is leading us to design 15:16 Equip in a way that both maximizes the contributions of many and serves a variety of YWAMers, no matter their ministry, experience or level of leadership.
